A cookie is a small piece of text a site stores in your browser so it can remember a choice or a visit. This site is a static brochure for Utilitymeadowpoint’s briefings. It does not run a booking engine.
Types we use
Essential. The cookie-banner choice, stored under the name utilitymeadowpoint_cookie_consent in localStorage (a close cousin of a cookie). It remembers Accept or Reject so the banner does not return on every page. The site works if you refuse; the banner may appear again if you clear storage.
Analytics. We do not set a third-party analytics cookie unless you have accepted and we later add a measured visit count. Today, no analytics cookie is active. If that changes, this table will name it.
Cookie table
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| utilitymeadowpoint_cookie_consent | Stores Accept or Reject for the banner | Until you clear site data | Utilitymeadowpoint (first party, localStorage) |
| (none at present) | Visit counts | — | — |
Third-party cookies
Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. That request may allow Google to see your IP address and browser. We do not control Google’s storage. Payment, advertising, and social pixels are not used on this site.
How to refuse or clear
Use Reject on the banner; the choice is stored and the site remains readable, including the contact form. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings, or use the browser’s block-third-party-cookie controls. Blocking Google Fonts may change how the posters look; the words remain.
Effect of disabling
Rejecting does not hide briefings, fees, or the form. You may see the banner again after clearing storage. Some browsers will also block the font files; layout will be plainer.
