How a booking-path review proceeds

Four stages, a locked path, and a document you can take into a meeting. No software is installed on your side.

This page describes the booking funnel review. Search studies, ancillary reviews, and cancellation briefs follow the same shape with a shorter walk and a thinner document.

We do not need your source code, your servers, or a list of bookers. If a screen is behind a login, you create a test account. If a fare requires payment to reveal the next room, you decide whether to fund a refundable test ticket.

The competitor walk uses only public screens. We will not create accounts that violate another operator’s terms, and we will not scrape.

When the briefing is done, the recordings stay with us for ninety days in case a sentence is disputed, then they are deleted. That retention is also described in the privacy notice.

If this order suits the path you have in mind, send it. If you need a search study or a cancellation brief instead, say so in the same note; we will not force a three-week funnel onto a first-screen problem.

Send the path you want examined

Lock the path

A call to name the city pair, language, traveller type, and dates we will walk. You send any step counts you already keep. We send a one-page confirmation and the deposit request.

Walk the rooms

We tap the live screens as a traveller would, on a mid-range Android phone and a laptop, including a slow connection that resembles a KTM ride. Payment stops before a live charge unless you issue a test booking.

Stand next to two others

The same city pair on two other booking apps used in Malaysia. We are not ranking them. We are noting where your room asks for a passport and theirs asks for a MyKad.

Hand over the briefing

Eight to twelve pages, sent as a PDF. Two working days later, a follow-up of up to ninety minutes. After that, further sitting is a new engagement.
