Fees
What a path review costs, and what changes the fee
Fees are for a written briefing, not a monthly seat. The figure moves with languages, extra paths, and whether we sit together in Petaling Jaya.
Utilitymeadowpoint charges for a defined stretch of work. There is no annual plan and no discount for paying a year in advance, because there is nothing to subscribe to.
A starting fee assumes one language, one traveller type, and a follow-up in Petaling Jaya or on a call. The quote rises when you add the Malay screen to an English path, when a child-plus-infant booking must be walked as well as an adult, or when you want the follow-up in Johor Bahru or on a Saturday.
We ask for a fifty percent deposit to lock the week. The balance is due when the written briefing is delivered, before the follow-up. Deposits, cancellations, and work already started are described on the refund page.
If you cannot share step counts, the fee does not change; the briefing simply leans more on the walkthrough. If you need a test booking that incurs a fare, that fare is yours.
For a figure against a named path, write to the practice with the city pair, the language, and the briefing you have in mind.
| Briefing | Starting fee | What moves the figure |
|---|---|---|
| Booking funnel review | From RM 12,400 | One path, one language. A return treated as a second path, or Malay plus English, is quoted on top. |
| Destination search study | From RM 8,900 | One search screen. Extra origin defaults (KUL and SZB treated as two studies) add time. |
| Ancillary uptake review | From RM 9,600 | One bag–seat–insurance sequence. A separate transfer add-on shop is a second sequence. |
| Cancellation pattern brief | From RM 7,800 | One ticketed fare family. Promo versus fully flexible rules can be two briefs if the screens differ. |
