What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, the briefing you selected, optional path notes, optional preferred date, and your message. From email and telephone: whatever you choose to tell us. From the office visit book: name and organisation of people who attend a follow-up. We do not ask for MyKad numbers, passport numbers, or payment-card details on this site.
If you send step counts, send them aggregated. Do not attach lists of bookers.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, to perform the engagement, to invoice, and to keep records required under Malaysian tax law. Cookie-related storage is described on the cookies page.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after twelve months. Contracts, invoices, and briefings are kept for seven years. Walkthrough recordings are kept for ninety days after the briefing is delivered, then deleted. Cookie consent recorded in your browser stays until you clear it.
Who we share with
Accountants and, if needed, Malaysian legal counsel. Hosting for this static site. We do not sell contact lists. We do not pass your enquiry to carriers or other operators.
International transfers
Email and hosting may hold copies on servers outside Malaysia. Where that happens, we rely on the provider’s contractual safeguards. You may ask us where a particular message sits.
Your rights
Subject to Malaysian law, you may ask to see the personal information we hold, to correct it, to delete it where we no longer need it, or to restrict our use of it. Write to the email above. We will respond within thirty days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Department of Malaysia.
Children
Briefings concern business operators. We do not seek information from children.
