A cancellation pattern brief looks at what happens after the ticket exists. It is for operators who see a pile of unpaid invoices for change fees, or a hotline that spends evenings walking people through a manage-booking screen.

We examine the confirmation email, the “my trips” room, the change calendar, and the cancellation copy for one ticketed path — for example a promo KUL–KCH that cannot be changed online after twenty-four hours. We note where the fee appears only after three taps, and where the Malay email promises a refund that the English screen denies.

You receive a written brief on those screens and messages. We do not set your fare rules. We do name the places a rule is explained too late.

This brief does not include the original search-to-pay path. Pair it with a booking funnel review if both rooms are in trouble. Starting fee RM 7,800. About ten working days.
