A destination search study stays in the first room. It is for teams who see plenty of opens and few fare calendars.
We sit with origin, destination, date, and passenger pickers as they appear to someone booking from Petaling Jaya, Ipoh, or Johor Bahru. We note default airports that surprise (SZB versus KUL), island spellings (Langkawi, LGK, Kuah), and date pickers that treat a Friday night as a midweek fare. We compare the same city pair on two other booking apps used in Malaysia.
You receive illustrated notes of the search screen, a list of queries we actually typed, and a short briefing on which labels, defaults, and empty states send people away before a price appears.
The study does not cover passenger forms, bags, or payment. Those belong to other briefings. A typical span is two weeks. The starting fee is RM 8,900 for one search screen in one language.
