These terms apply to briefings and related work requested from Utilitymeadowpoint, the practice operating from Office 11, 19 Sample Road, Petaling Jaya 00000. By sending a request, paying a deposit, or accepting a confirmation of path, you accept these terms.
The work
We provide written briefings and follow-up conversations about travel booking app screens, as described on this site. We do not sell software, tickets, insurance, or advertising. We do not implement changes in your app.
A confirmation of path, once you approve it, sets the city pair, language, traveller type, span, and fee. Work outside that confirmation is a new engagement.
Your materials
You grant us a limited right to tap staging or production screens you point us to, and to read step counts you send, solely to prepare the briefing. You warrant that you have the right to grant that access and that test accounts do not contain real bookers’ personal data.
Intellectual property
The written briefing is yours to use inside your organisation once the balance is paid. You may not publish it as our endorsement of your app, or resell it. Our method notes, templates, and recordings remain ours. We may describe the type of path (for example “a KUL–PEN English funnel”) in anonymised form; we will not name your brand without consent.
Liability
Briefings are professional opinions based on the screens and counts available at the time of the walk. They are not legal advice, fare-rule advice, or a promise that a recommended copy change will lift ticket issues. Our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement, except where Malaysian law forbids a limit. We are not liable for lost bookings, carrier penalties, or payment-gateway charges.
Confidentiality
We keep your unpublished screens, counts, and draft copy confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to obtain payment. Recordings are handled as described in the privacy notice.
Payment
Deposits and balances are as stated on the fees page and in the confirmation. Overdue balances pause the follow-up. Refunds follow the refund page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-excludable consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. The version in force is the one dated on the day you approve a confirmation of path.
